A Little About Me

I’m a systems-minded, people-first builder shaped by healthcare, hospitality, operations, and lived experience. I notice friction, care about details, and think a lot about how systems could become more human without becoming less effective.

My work explores what I call the Adaptive Layer: portable context that helps technology, services, and institutions respond to real people with more dignity, relevance, and care.
